+# First step
+
+Decide if the new person and everyone else will benefit of being in the Telegram Pirate Care Group.
+
+If yes: provide link to Pirate Care Group.
+
+Get them in touch with @marcell and @toby so they get the Pirate Care Syllabus git account.
+
+If it is already decided what's the page(s) to be translated someone, most of the time that would be @marcell or @toby, should add the new session markdown file with the name: LL.SSSSS.md (LL = language code, SSSS = file name of the original session in English).
+
+The new session file should have a good front matter/header which should loook like:

+Send the link to the new person so he/she could start translating....
